Dr. Smith has worked as a food and beverage manager at Walt Disney World and also in many other Foodservice and Nutrition Establishments. She is also an Educator and has taught several nutrition and health related courses at the primary, community, secondary and University levels. You will leave “wanting more”!

My Passion for Nutrition and Health-U LIVING HEALTHY!

I am often bombarded with questions about nutrition and health. Therefore, I developed this course to provide a forum so that these questions can be answered and dietary issues addressed in a cordial and professional manner for the benefit of all who are willing to participate.

I am passionate about nutrition and health and I have often been asked to answer questions on diet and health. This is why I studied Dietetics and Nutrition in college. My mission in life is to see everyone eating a healthy diet and living a happy and healthy life. I often give community Master Class because I wanted to bring people together for the sharing of ideas and healthy recipes. I bring the same passion to U Living Healthy. I developed this website and this lesson to educate, communicate and to make a difference in people’s lives so that there will be a reduction in chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity and cardiac illnesses. I have helped many individuals to eat a healthier diet thereby reversing their diseases and improving their health. I want to continue to do the same for a greater number of individuals hence I have launched this Master Class. I will do it by helping you wake up each day being energized and brimming with the purpose of attaining a healthier lifestyle. When you feel better, you live better, you look younger. And when you have a massive community to support and guide you, well, there’s nothing you can’t do.

For the past 36 years, I have lectured throughout the United States on the benefits of a healthy life style. My seminars include step by step methods to achieve a better quality of health by utilizing the 8 natural remedies, namely; Nutrition, Exercise, Water, Sunshine, Temperance, Air, Rest and Trust in God (N.E.W. S.T.A.R.T.) I am a firm believer that the body can heal itself when given the correct amounts of minerals, vitamins and other nutrients needed for optimal health. I endeavor to introduce people to a healthy lifestyle including the plant-based nutrition. My ultimate goal is to lead others to Christ by helping them to develop complete confidence in our creator through the health message.

As a result of the constant questions about plant based nutrition, I have developed this Master Class where we will explore the barriers to the adoption a plant based diet and issues that is common to all. By identifying common issues we can then improve our dietary plans and improve our health. My goal is to expose my participants to different skills and know-how from me as well as their peers which can help you to explore and discover additional benefits.
